This is my 2nd order with caoxian xinke wooden. I’m pleased to say Lily has been very helpful. Lily worked with me to get the custom box I needed down to centimeters. I had requested specific dimensions for my box and Lily was able to relate that to her production team to get me a structured box that I’ll be able to use for a long time! I’m looking forward to being a long time customer in hopes the quality stays like this order. We always end up working through the concerns to make a even better box for my next order! thank you again for all your help. Lily and production did great… from the time I placed the order to arrival was about 2.5 months. I already knew it would be approximately 2 months. plus it took us some time to get the dimensions finalized.
